Enhanced describes a remote testosterone service built around testing, clinician assessment and injectable medication. Its public material includes both a low starting display and separate multi-month offers. Reading those figures together is necessary before deciding what the service would actually cost.
We reviewed the official injection page, dedicated TRT offer and service terms on October 13, 2026. We have not completed the health intake, received a prescription or tested checkout. This article examines published terms and clinical questions, without claiming firsthand results.
A starting charge, a supply commitment and a clinical-care plan need to be connected before you can compare the total.
Ask what the opening charge purchases
The main product page says to get started for $49 and describes labs, a consultation, medication and follow-up as parts of the service. It does not clearly establish that $49 covers each future month of everything listed. Treat it as an entry display needing explanation, rather than a confirmed all-inclusive subscription price.
Ask what is charged before clinical review and what additional payment follows if prescribing is appropriate. Our cost guide separates evaluation, ongoing access, medication and other expenses. We did not place an order, so the review cannot resolve an individual checkout or discount.

Keep the supply period beside the monthly equivalent
The dedicated TRT offer lists $199 per month for a one-month choice, a $179 monthly equivalent for three months and $169 for six months. Those selections involve different periods. Confirm the upfront amount, renewal date and relationship to the entry charge before comparing them with another service.
The offer also describes a refund when a clinician finds the applicant medically ineligible. That does not establish a general right to return dispensed medication or cancel a paid period after approval. Request the selected agreement's terms for prescription changes, discontinuation and unused supply, without assuming a longer purchase is suitable merely because its monthly equivalent is lower.

Identify the compounded prescription
Enhanced's specific TRT page names testosterone cypionate and says it uses compounded medicines from licensed pharmacies. Ask for the actual pharmacy, ingredients, concentration and instructions. The public claim does not let this review verify every dispensing partner or the quality of a particular vial.
FDA explains that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and do not receive its usual premarket review for safety, effectiveness and quality. A familiar hormone ingredient does not change that status. The therapy explainer helps separate a treatment category from a decision about the exact prescription; discuss why a compound is proposed and what alternatives exist.

Let symptoms and testing guide the assessment
The company describes medical-history and bloodwork review by a licensed clinician before prescribing, then a twelve-week adjustment process. These are advertised service steps. They do not prove that everyone seeking more energy or better recovery has a testosterone deficiency or will benefit from treatment.
Endocrine Society guidance requires symptoms together with consistently low testosterone, confirmed through repeat morning testing and evaluation of the cause. Our blood-test article provides preparation for that conversation. Ask what would lead the clinician to recommend a different investigation or no TRT rather than treating the intake as a route to a predetermined prescription.

Follow the result to the responsible person
Enhanced lists monitored measures including hematocrit and PSA, alongside testosterone, estradiol and metabolic markers. Ask who explains the results, how an abnormal finding changes the plan and whether additional tests have separate charges. A list of markers does not show that a particular patient's follow-up has been completed.
Discuss blood pressure and fertility plans before treatment. FDA's current labeling action includes warnings about increased blood pressure; endocrine guidance advises against testosterone when near-term fertility is planned. The safety-and-monitoring guide helps formulate questions without directing readers to change their own medicine.

Confirm that remote care works where you are
Verify the state in which you can receive care and how travel or moving affects the arrangement. Enhanced mentions an additional coaching option with state restrictions. Clarify whether it is included, what it costs and how coaching responsibilities differ from the prescribing clinician's work.
Lowcountry Male offers a regional office model for comparison. Enhanced's named injectable offering supplies useful product context, but its entry amount, supply commitments, pharmacy and ongoing contact still need a complete written account. The comparison becomes meaningful when it describes the service you would actually receive rather than the smallest number visible on a page.
